1 Q:What parameter do you company need to quote?
A: Capacity; Medium (LO2,LN2,LAR or LCO2); Working pressure: Vertical or horizontal.
2.Q:Do you company have equipment in stock?
A:Yes, we have normal standard equipment in stock, and we will deliver the equipment in 2 weeks after we get the down payment. If the equipment you need is non-standard, it usually takes more days according to the complexity level of equipment.
3.Q:Are you a production factory or a trading company for this equipment.?
A: We are a direct factory, we design and manufacture the equipment all by ourselves.
4.Q:Do you provide provide complete filling line?
A: Yes, our company can supply complete filling lines for the liquid gas, including cryogenic storage tank, filling pump,pipes and vaporizer, etc
5.Q: Do you provide after-sale service?
A: Yes, period life of the equipment is 12 months. We always test the whole equipment before delivering, If there is any quality problems, we will send our engineer to repair. If the problem is caused by users, we can still offer the after-sales service in charge.
6.Q: What is your production standard?
A: Our products are designed, manufactured and tested as per reference standards of GB150, which is equivalent to ASME VIII, Safety technology supervision regulations of pressure vessels and some other reference Chinese standards.
