Description:Working Principle This separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats. The upper of the bowl is flexible main shaft and the lower of it is damp floating. The main shaft is connected with a driven wheel by the coupling seat with the buffer. The power is transmitted to the driven wheel by the motor through the transmission belt and the tensioner to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an overspeed and form a strong centrifugal force field. The products sprays into the liquid inlet from the bottom and liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl and then is separated into different layers according to different density. GF:liquid phase with high density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with low density an inner loop. They respectively flow upward to the upper of the bowl to discharge out of their own outlets. A little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and then discharged manually after the machine stops. GQ:Granulator solids with high density settle down on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer and then are discharged manually after the machine stops. The liquid clarified flows out of the liquid outlet at the bowl's upper. Main Features It is a better in separation, simple in structure, easy in operation and maintenance and small in the floor space. Main Purposes Type GF is used for separating various emulsion, especially for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matter, such as transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricant, fuel oil, dye, fat, saponification and various micro powder and for purifying span-80 liquid separating various oral liquid and medical liquid and "920" and plasma and biologic medicine, extracting plasma from animal's blood, refining phosphatide of bean, etc. and treating sewage and separating oil and water. Type GQ is used for separation of various suspension which is difficult to be separated especially for separation of solid-liquid suspension which has low concentration, high viscosity, small granularity and very small difference of solid-liquid gravity, such as clarification of various oral liquid, desludge of coal tar and graphite, extraction of protein, seaweed and jelly, refinement molasses, separation of blood and settlement of vaccine hypha and various dextrose and purifying paint, dye, various resin and rubber solution molasses and refinement of oil.
