Description:This machine is designed for pressing tablets from various kinds of granular materials. As the feature of the machine, not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets with impressed letters on both sides can be pressed. It is a improved model of Model ZP33. The mechanism of the machine belongs to double-press type; two sets of feed assemblage and press roller unit are included. The turret carries 33 sets of punches and dies, so 66 tablets are produced by each revolution of the turret rotation. When operated, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of tablets are adjustable. A mechanical buffer unit will prevent the punches and apparatus from overload damage. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically. A protection unit for punching interruption is also provided to avoid the damage of apparatus from punching interruption. An independent suction unit is attached to the machine. The residual powder during operation can be taken in by this suction unit through its nozzles and hoses. Thus the blockage by clustered powder is eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
