LMEF12UU standard round flange linear motion bearing
Linear bearing is a low-cost production of linear motion system, for unlimited travel in conjunction with the cylinder axis. As was carrying the ball point contact with the shaft, so use small loads. Linear bearing with minimal friction ball rotation, so that it can be smooth precision movement.
"LM" metric standard type linear bearing
"LME" means inch standard type linear bearing
"UU" rubber seals on the both sides of the long type linear bearing
"OP" means open type linear bearing
"AJ" means adjustment type linear bearing
*LM...LUU means long type linear bearing
*KH: High-precision mini bearing
Feature
The ferrule of linear bearing have two kinds of material: Gcr15 (SUJ2) chrome steel and 9Cr18 (SU440C) stainless steel.
Retainer have three kinds of material: POM engineering plastic, low carbon steel and stainless steel, rubber seal made up of NBR nitrile butadiene rubber,
The steel seal have two kinds of material: 65Mn spring steel and stainless steel, the ferrule of KH series is made from of carbonitriding of low carbon steel.
