1) extruder

It adopts high output and excellent mixing screws with high efficiency , forced reverse feeding section which is a spiral slot,as well as a high speed and low voice reduction box with hard tooth surface, the extruder guarantees high output and relatively low energy consumption.

2) Mould

It adopts spiral and composite die head, which ensures easy adjustment, even discharging and quality products. The extruder also has line-marking function.

3) Vacuum sizing and cooling device

Adopting special designed sizing sleeve and stainless steel water tank, accurate sizing, prompt cooling and high efficiency are fulfilled.

4) Tractor

The resonable designed multi-clawers tractor makes the interface between the pipe and the pedrail more even. The frequency conversion ensures stable traction speed.

5) Cutting machine and stacker :

non scrap cutting or planet cutting mode is available, ensuring plane and clear pipe cross-section.
