introduce:
SBS APP Self-adhesive Asphalt Waterproof membrane is a patented product which is independently developed by Guangzhou Dayu. This Self-adhesive Membrane product is made of synthetic rubber and high quality asphalt, by added in active chemicals and reinforce materials (PY type) or non-reinforced (N type). Use peelable silicon PE/PET film as insulation film. It is a cold-applied waterproofing membrane product. With its unique bonding mechanism, paved with wet-applied or pre-applied method, DCPS self-adhesive membrane can supply a gapless complete waterproof sealing system, it will construct a strong bonding between waterproofing membrane, polymer cement and basement, so realized full and permanent combination, forming a reliable “Skin Type” waterproofing system.
Features:
1) Strong puncture resistance, high tearing resistance, high ripping resistance, high elongation, and excellent dimension stability and low temperature resistant performance.
2) Perfect Self-Healing performance and strong creep property, it is very adaptive to base deformation, and can meet the rigid waterproof performance of concrete, to form flexible and rigid double waterproof effect.
3) No need to apply primer and hot melting, no fire risk, and we don’t require treating the uneven basement, so the construction is convenient, economical, safe and environmentally friendly,
Application
1) Various industrial and civil buildings, basement, roof.
2) Underground construction, railway tunnel, subway, bridge and highway project.
3) Swimming pool, fire pool, water ditch and pipe drain.
4) Sewage pool, refuse landfill, artificial lake and municipal works.
Cautions
8.1 Don’t install if the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the basement is polluted, there are water or ice on basement.
8.2 Don’t install with others construction processes at the same time, if need to install others facilities on ready waterproof layer, take actions to protect the waterproof layer from damage and the waterproof layer under facilities should be reinforced.
8.3 Don’t put any material, machines or facilities on ready waterproof layer, and don’t touch the waterproof layer with any sharp objects in order to prevent the waterproof layer from damage.
Storage:
Different items, models, dimensions and grades should be stored separately.
Store the products in a dry and ventilated place with the storage temperature less than 50℃, and products should be placed upright and stacked no more than two layers.
Keep products in an upright position during transportation., avoid incline and cross squeeze between rolls.
The shelf-life is one year under normal storage condition.not be more than one year.
