Product overview
XQY Wet-laid Reactive Self-adhesive Waterproofing Membrane adopts the construction method: wet-laid and pre-laid, wet-laid means lay the membranes on base course with cement mortar; pre-laid means just laying the membranes on base course, and then pouring the concrete on the membranes.
Feature:
(1) Safe application
(2) Easy to use
(3) Safe and perfect overlapping
(4) Ecological
(5) Under normal storing and transporting conditions, the storage time should be at least one year.
Application:
Pre-laid waterproofing membranes are used for underground waterproofing projects.
Wet-laid waterproofing membranes are used for non-exposed waterproofing projects.
Notice:
(1) Different products stacked separately.
(2) Keep away from sun and rain, keep ventilation.
(3) Storing temperature under 45℃.
(4) Do not exceed 5 layers when the membranes flatted; and only single layer is allowed when the rolls are vertically placed.
(5) No inclining and side crushing during transportation, and cover the products with felt if necessary.

Construction tools preparation
Construction process:
1. Clean base course
2. Pre-laying the membrane for a approprite position
3. Roll the membrane from two ends towards middle point
4. Prepare cement paste
5. Brush cement paste on base course
6. Cut open isolating film of the membrane ( don’t tear open the parts of overlapped edges)
7. Tear off the isolating film and pave the membrane forwardly(A man behind use scraper blade to get ride of the air)
8. Tear off isolating film on overlapped parts of upper and lower surface
9. Press the overlapped parts tightly
