1. Introduction of the PP sheet extruder machine
This sheet making machine can be used to produce mono layer or multi-layer PP PE ABS PMMA PC PS HIPS plate width the width less than 3000mm and thickness 0.2-30mm. The final products are widley used in the fileds of stationery, handbags, luggage, cosmetics, commodity, plastic containers for medicine, food, drink, alcohol, pesticides, engine oil, chemical industry and glass bottles sealing/gaskets etc.
2. Consists and Features of the PP sheet extrusion machine
Extruder:
Single screw extruder(Exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials, Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticizationm high output and stable extruding.
Screen Exchanger,Melt-Pump and Mould :
The hydraulic quick screen exchanger ensures screen changing without material leakage and machine stopping, and the effect is fast and efficiency. Based on material difference, the mould is adopted T-type die head. Melt dosing pump can be used according to the different materials to guarantee stable extrusion and even thickness.
Three-roller calendering machine:
Vertical or horizontal or 45 degree 3 roller calendering machine with roller temperature controlling device. The gaps of three rollers can be adjusted manually and automatically. It has emergency stop function to ensure safety.
Cooling Bracket:
It is equipped with corresponding cooling guide roller, making the cooling effect better. Meanwhile. it is equipped with edge cutting and cutting device, which guarantees the fixed width of plates and quality of edge.
Hauling off machine:
It adopts butyronitrile rubber roller and twice hauling to guarantee the stability and smoothness of plates. The hauling off speed is adjusted with the three roller calendering machine synchronously.
Transverse cutting machine:
It adopts cylinder clamping, moving cutting and speed frequency regulator to guarantee the cutting speed synchronize with plate production speed. It is adopted alloy saw blade, and is equipped with dust absorption device.
Auto plate stacker:
Adopt vacuum generator, by creating a vacuum the Sucker can convey the products. The products can flip and parallel stacking by client's requirement and product size.
