1. Introduction of the PET sheet extruder machine
PET sheet making machine developed by our company with features of compact structure, high and stable outpout, reasonable allocation and high automation. 100% PET recycled scrap material can be used for producing PET sheet. The PET sheet can be used for thermoforming all kinds of packing products. It possesses the advantage of air insulating, being free from other additives, cleanliness, good tenacity and ductibility, good recycled performance, etc. They are widely used in packing and printing fields such as medicine, food, electric appliance, toys, etc.
Sheet width: 700-1500mm
shee thickness:0.2-2mm.
2. Consists and Features of the PET sheet extrusion machine
Extruder: Single screw and parallel double screw extruder is chosen according to the raw mateiral. The vacuum exhaust improves product quality. It can process various sorts of plastics.
Screen Exchanger,Melt-Pump :
The hydraulic quick screen exchanger ensures screen changing without material leakage and machine stopping, and the effect is fast and efficiency. Based on material difference, the mould is adopted T-type die head. Melt dosing pump can be used to guarantee stable extrusion and stable melting pressure and flow.
T-Die:
THe mould adopts high quality alloy steel and can make the material flow distributes evenly in the mouth mould with high active restricting device.
Three-roller calendering machine:
horizontal or 45 degree 3 roller calendering machine with roller temperature controlling device. The gaps of three rollers can be adjusted manually and automatically. It has emergency stop function to ensure safety.
Cooling Bracket:
It is equipped with corresponding cooling guide roller, making the cooling effect better. Meanwhile. it is equipped with edge cutting and cutting device, which guarantees the fixed width of plates and quality of edge.
Hauling off machine:
The cooling roller adopts large diamter, low temperature and “S” type material discharge, which enlarges the impulsive cooling area amd shortens the length of the production line. Rubber and steel rollres are equipped to guarantee the necessary friction force and surface quality of the PET sheet as well.
Corona Treatment:
It eliminates the static electricity on the surface and enlarge the surface tension and guarantee the printing quality.
Double position winder:
It adopts two torque motors to supply the power to the machine. The pneumatic shafts is reel to realize coiling separately.
