1.Introduction of the HDPE double wall corrugated pipe making machine
The HDPE minor-caliber double wall corrugated pipe machine is to optimize and improve on the basis of our original technology and the price is lower.
The double wall corrugated pipe machine is adopting two high efficiency screw extruders to extruding the inner and outer layer thickness is uniform, it has the features of stable forming, high processing speed. The forming mould block adopts vacuum forming system, inner template circulate water cooling and auto oil lubrication system.
According to the clients requirement, the machine can add the stell wire threading device to make the pipe with steel wire passing.
2.Consists of the HDPE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion machine
1. Extruder
High efficient single screw extruder for PE, conical twin screw extruder for PVC. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently feed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extruding
2.Die Head
Materail: high quality alloy steel, nitrogen treatment
Equipped with stainless steel heater
The die head structure designed reasonably, running channel distribute uniformly, it could ensure extrusion steadily.

3.Application of the HDPE PVC double wall corrugated pipe, DWC pipe
1, municipal drainage, sewerage piping systems engineering;
2, apartments, residential quarters buried underground drainage and sewerage;
3, highway embedded pipes, pipe network infiltration golf course;
4, farmland irrigation water, drainage and other water projects;
5, chemical, mining for fluid delivery and ventilation;
6, underground pipelines and communication cable sheathing to protect the casing pipe.
