1. Brief Introduction of PP PE PVC EVA single wall corrugated pipe making machine
This Plastic Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Making Machine made by Qingdao Tongsan Plastic Machinery Company is used to produce PP, PE, PVC, EVA, PA and other material single-wall corrugated pipes continuously. Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of strong thermo-stability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely applied in many fields such as electrical thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipe of lamps, water pipes in air conditioner, washing machine, bathroom, etc.
GSDBGZ high speed plastic pipe extruder machine 8-58mm single wall corrugated pipe production line is developed on the basis of our original single-wall corrugated pipe machine. The moulds are moved by gear on the runway. It is equipped with specially designed water cooling sealing system, and the lubrication oil can be injected automatically. In the forming machine, for small sizes mould, it can be set with two mould chambers which can make two different sizes of pipes only by adjusting the height of forming machine automatically. All these features improve the production speed of single wall corrugated pipes to a great extent, which can reach 20-25m/min. Besides, the production line is equipped with pre-stress eliminating cooling device, automatic tapping machine in production line and automatic coiling machine, and it is especially suitable for the production of car harness corrugated pipes.
