80 Series Auto Lubrication Greasing System

Product Overview 
The AL81/AL101 Series centralized lubrication system consists of plunger pump, electromagnetic unloading valve, auxiliary unloading valve, grease distributor, grease pressure sensor and monitor. AL80 Series is suitable for the machinery with fewer lubrication points; AL100 Series is suitable for the machinery with more lubrication points. 

Applications 

Commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, injection moulding machinery ,

concrete batch plants, printing machinery, packaging machinery,  etc. 

Working Principles 
The LCD monitor controls the plunger pump for periodic running. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump  for outputing grease. After entering the main grease tube, the grease is supplied to each lubrication points through the grease distributor.
