Product Overview
The ALP70 centralized lubrication system contains monitoring unit and grease supply unit. The monitoring unit works by the monitor sensor controlling the system via lines. The grease supply unit means a system composed of lubrication points of the equipment that are connected by the grease pump and grease distributor through pipeline and fittings. During the working of the equipment, the system supplies quantitive grease to each lubrication point at regular time to make sure the good lubrication of all the points.
Applications
Commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery,injection moulding machinery , concrete batch plants, printing machinery, packaging machinery, etc.
Working Principles
The system controls the grease pump for periodic running by the monitor. When the system works, the monitor drives the grease pump for outputing grease. The grease is divided to each greasing points through single line distributor. The system releases pressure when finish one time circle work.
