About the LWM Horizontal Spiral Discharging Sedimentation Centrifuge, the Similarities of Airtight Type and Standard Type is the same principle of work; the main difference is that the Airtight Type is more focus on impermeability and security. All the dynamic seal centrifuges are used the security seal, when necessary, also equipped with nitrogen filling type sealing and nitrogen filling system, dynamic detection for the working condition and chain protection. Airtight Type Centrifuge is mainly used for medium volatile, combustion and explosive occasions. Some models can use the centripetal pump pressure to reduce the secondary separation of liquid gasification, in order to improve the impermeability and security of the centrifuge.

This equipment by using the independent inert gas control cabinet, ensure the following parameters and functions are real-time monitored:

1.Centrifuge cover internal pressure MG;

2.Differential pressure M1, M2, M3 between the centrifuge internal and gas filling seal A1, A2 and A3;

3.The flow of inert gas cleaning line S;

The special seal structure of this equipment can prevent the air penetrating into the centrifuge internal meanwhile prevent centrifuge internal gas escaping to the outside surrounding environment. The gas seal is composed of several groups of special sealing rings; the inert gas join in between the sealing rings, seeping into the centrifuge internal and external environment by the narrow sealing gap. As the pressure of filling inert gas is higher than that of external environment, and the differential pressure, which is between the centrifuge cover inside and inert gas filling, can be controlled by the inert gas airtight control device with the special design, therefore, it ensures that the centrifuge internal is isolated from the surrounding environment
