Our bookbinding PUR hot melt adhesive offers many advantages. For example, it provides great aging resistance, ink corrosion resistance and weathering resistance. In addition, the PUR hot melt glue is resistant to high and low temperatures, from -40 to 120 ℃. Our product also offers good viscosity stability, chemical resistance, high initial and final bond strength when used at a proper temperature. Thanks to its high adhesive property, our PUR adhesive can be used for bonding PP, UV coated paper, synthetic paper, etc. Moreover, the good tensile strength of our products helps solve book page falling out problem. Our company provides paper plastic lamination use hot melt adhesive, which can be used for PE, PP, OPP, PET and PA films, aluminum plated film, etc. As PE film and PP film belong to nonpolar film and are very difficult to stick to the paper, they have to undergo corona treatment to achieve required surface tension.

Packing
Our bookbinding PUR hot melt adhesive is packed in a 200kg, 20kg or 2kg barrel. In addition, it can also be packed in a 300g aluminum tube.
