Our company offers three major types of woodworking PUR hot melt adhesive, which are edge banding type, profile wrapping type and flat lamination type. The edgebanding PUR glue is used for edge banding of PVC, ABS, PP, veneers on plywood board, particle board, block board, fiberboard, fireproof board, etc. The profile wrapping PUR adhesive can be used in wrapping or coating fiberboard, solid wood board and fireproof board profiles with PVC film, OPP film, paper material, wood material, and so on. The flat laminatioin PUR adhesive can be used for flat laminating process of wood -MDF with decorative foils, veneer, PVC, acrylic foils and plastic foils on flat laminating machine.
Containing no solvent, our woodworking PUR hot melt adhesive is an environmentally friendly product. It offers gap filling capacity, high adhesive property and good resistance to high temperature and low temperature. If used at proper temperature, the PUR hot melt glue provides good viscosity stability, high initial and final bond strength.
