1.The introduction of the characteristics and the applications of caterpillar pultrusion machine
Double track traction is adopted in caterpillar profiles pultrusion machine . Stepless speed regulation of frequency converter.It can be used in FRP pipe,…profiles and so on.It has advantages of wide range of application and it is convenience to use.

The caterpillar profile pultrusion machine consists three parts:mechanical system,pneumatic system and electrical system.The mechanical system is made up of double track chain, heating rack, dipping tank, frame and protective equipment.Pneumatic system is made up of four cylinders, handle reversal valve, barometer, system of the gas pressure regulating valve.Electrical system is made up of heater, thermostat, frequency conversion system control box and so on.Auxiliary equipment is made up of electromagnetic speed regulating mixer, pneumatic automatic cutting machine,and electric blanket cutting machine and so on. These make up the whole FRP production line.
3.The working principle and characteristic of caterpillar profile pultrusion machine
The steps of FRP caterpillar pultrusion machine as follows.Firstly, the original material of FRP is heated and shaped in the mold.Then,it will be pulled out by two track chains.Finally,we can get all kinds of FRP. The characteristics of it are as follows:
