Swab head possesses good firmness after compressed and the head is sharp. A compact, rigid handle and tapered internal core provide good support. Unique thermal bonding and cleaning process ensure a minimum of particle shedding from foam seal. The swab stem is made from a patented inherently polymer to provide clean, permanent protection without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom.
