Descriptions:

Purestat® ESD clean swabs are provided with high quality and great cleanliness, and usually used in cleanroom and industry of wafer, display, harddisk driver, pharmacy/boilgical technology, optics/photoelectricity etc. The swab's head is designed elaborately, can remove particle and residuce with out any abrasion. Unique thermal bonding and cleaning process ensure a minimum of particle shedding from swab head. The handle is made from patent inherently dissipative polymer to provide clean and permanent ESD protection without contributing particulate contaiminated to the cleanroom.

IPA extractant ≤0.40 mg/swab

DI extractant ≤0.15 mg/swab

2. Ion:

chloride ≤ 0.9 μg/tip; sulphate ≤ 0.4 μg/tip; total anion ≤ 1.3 μg/tip.

3. LPC test:

particle( ≥0.5μm): <25000 counts/ tip; no silicone oil, DOP, amide
