There is no need to pull or push handles. Simply place the printing objects between the vacuum film and the platen, then turn on the operation buttons, pressure will generated by pneumatic drive and will be evenly transferred to the surfaces of the 3D printing objects

The Vacuumsub 3D sublimation heat press machine is built with dual working platens, you can prepare sublimation blanks with one platen when the other one is working, this construction saves your time when dealing with batch production.

Digital controlling and monitoring system lets you know the exact temperature of the 3D printing objects.

General Operation:

Setting

-Set heating time and temperature accordingly

Preheating

-Pre-heat the machine for approximate 15-30 minutes to reach to the expected temperature

Heating

-Place the printing substrates on the loading platern then cover the vacuum film on to it

-Exhaust air

-Slightly adjust the position of the printing substrate by hand to eliminate the air gaps

-Push the load platern into the machine,heating start automatically

Finishing

-Pull out the load platen

-Remove the printing substrate

-Cool down the substrate accordingly

Safty

Electric

-This machine contains high voltage elements.To prevent electric shock, do not open the machine cover when the machine is on and in use. Additionally, do not open the drive or control devices even if the power is off when the power cord is plugged in.

-Make sure the machine is power off for 10 minutes and use a multi-meter to determine if the voltage has dispatched before conducting any wiring adjustments or inspection.

-Ensured the machine is grounded.

-Make sure wiring and other machine inspections are conducted by qualified technicians.

-Any contact surface of human body should be completely dry to avoid electric shock when operating the machine.

Fire

-The internal temperature of the running machine is higher than 150°C, please make sure keep all flammable materials away from the machine

-In the event of a machine failure disconnect the power supply,manually remove the material loading pallet to avoid potential fire risk

-A machine perator must be present when machine is turned on.

Notice

-Please use proper lifting tools to move the machine

-Do not stack,tilt or invert machine crate

-Do not expose the machine to rain or moisture

-Do not turn on or operate the machine if it is damaged,missing component, or incorrectly confugured

-Do not cover the upper cooling fan
