Machine features:

1. Front the Rear Chuck: Both of front chuck and rear chuck are Pneumatic ones, with rapid response and accurate positioning. Adops principle of two cylinder control two side jaws active together (right and left; upper and down). For round pipe, square tube, rectangular tube, oval tube and other shape pipes, can come true automatic positioning center, quickly clamping, and during the cutting process make sure the pipe stable clamping.

Some manufacturers are using electric chuck, electric chuck clamping speed is too slow, with motor control, will not completely clamp tighten. There must have gaps between jaws and tubes with electrci chuck clamp. The gap will cause shocking and lead to bad precision when cutting with high speed

JQ Chuck Acceleration speed: 1G  Rotating Speed: Max 120 r/min.  Three 5KW servo motors drive the rotary. Max moving speed reach 80m/min and maximize cutting efficiency.

Front Chuck:At the side with exhaust system. Can remove the smoke and dust produced during the cutting with the help of exaust system and smoke filter. Exhaust system using fireproof material to prevent fire(because when dust meet the heat, may cause fire)

Rear chuck:At the center of the reach chuck has blowing sysem. When do cutting metal tubes, because it is relatively confined, the dust is very easier to enter into rear chuck and then come to the rails of jaws and chuck. It will resulting in poor operation, claw track block. Because of this, JQ designed one air blowing system, this can make sure the dust will not enter into chuck, gurantee the rear chuck clean and make less error.
