Working principles of ultrasonic welding system :
Due to the generator (15KHZ or 20KHZ)products high-pressure, high-frequency signal, through the transducers system change the signal into high-frequency vibration of machine, then, add to plastic products, make it have high temperature in some place, because of the plastic’s performance of conducting heat is bad, can not send out in time. So, Gathered to the welding place. make the contact face of plastic melt quickly. Can make it get together if add some pressure to it. When the ultrasonic stop working but keep the pressure continue, can make it solidified and forming. All these programs form a strong molecular chain then completed the welding . and the welding strength as the same as the original materials.

- This is a ultrasonic generator system , made of from ultrasonic main machine ,ultrasonic transducer and ultrasonic horn.
- The frequency is 15KHZ or 20KHZ, output power between 1800W and 3200W can be adjusted.
