Working Principle:
Ultrasonic sonotrode is the totally of ultrasonic transmitting terminal.Its function is take the ultrasonic (that produce from ultrasonic transducer) couple to the workpiece that is welding.The size and shape of ultrasonic welding head is depend on the material,design and shape of the products,High quality ultrasonic horn have good conductivity and guarantee
the stable welding.at the same time,if the design is not good,will break the welding effect even break the ultrasonic transducer or ultrasonic generator.
Applications:
It is widely used in ultrasonic automatic machines,such as non-woven shoe cover machine,plastic products welding and zipper bag machine etc.the good quality horn guarantee the welding effect and if the materials have bad quality will break the workpiece even the ultrasonic transducer and generator.
