1.Introduction:use PU material ink, reflective effect is very good,the reflective of silver vinyl can reach 300 degrees.;the reflective of transparent can reach 150 degrees, can printing many colors at the same time.personalization is strong , wash ability is good.Through SGS(seven) environmental certification(formaldehyde.,total leads content,the phthalates,The eight heavy metal,azo,organotin,PAH ).
Main specification:
(1)Material: imported plastisol ink,good elasticity and back elasticity,high temperature resistance and wash ability is good.
(2)particular use imported PU material ,transparent reflective vinyl (reflect 150 degrees)can print many colors,silver vinyl (reflect 300degrees)can only print one color.
(3)Apply to glow-in-dark fabric,such as traffic mark, or night clothing and so on.
Technology information:
(1)main material:imported PU material,reflective vinyl
(2)The thickness of ink layer: 100-120um,including the film :150-200um,only one color silk screen printing .
(3)cold peeling ,reflective light
(4)Heat transfer requirement:temperature 150-160 degrees,time 6-12s/time,voltage:above 0.24kgf/cm^2.
(5)Wash requirement: home launder -ometer tested: 40 degrees, more than 50times,30 min/time.
(6)Size:33*50cm, or single package.
(7)Apply to traffic mark,or the night clothing(glow in dark)
(8)Environmental certification:Through SGS(seven) environmental certification: formaldehyde,total leads content,the phthalates,The eight heavy metal,azo,organotin,PAH.
store/expiry date/package:
(1)Placed in cold place,ban crashing with sharp things.if you can't use up while open it,seal it otherwise it will go bad in rainy day or high temperature.
(2)Standard package:100peices/bag;500peices/case;or divided into single and package each one.(it is depended on customer)
(3)The expiry date is within 12 months.
