Introduction:use combine type ink, strong stereo sense ,can choose different color and different thickness. it is similar with cutting,wash ability is good.Through SGS(seven) environmental certification(formaldehyde.,total leads content,the phthalates,The eight heavy metal,azo,organotin,PAH ).
Main specification:
(1)Material: imported combine type material good elasticity and back elasticity, high temperature resistance and wash ability is good.
(2)particular use imported elastic material ,hand feeling soft,strong stereo sense, fresh and light color,
(3)Apply to high requirement fabrics ,such as the logo of garments,or the number of shoes/caps/bags and so on.
Technology information:
(1)main material:imported PU material,PET release film
(2)The thickness of ink layer:400-500um,the whole thickness :500-600um,only one color silk screen printing .
(3)cold peeling ,reflective light
(4)the right side temperature 150-160 degrees,time 5s/time, the back side temperature 150-160degrees,15-20s/time,voltage:above 0.24kgf/cm^2.
(5)Wash requirement: home launder-ometer test: 40 degrees, more than 20times,30 min/time.
(6)Size:39*27cm, or single package.
(7)Apply to common fabric or high elastic fabric ,such as cotton,knit,blends and so on
(8)Environmental certification:Through SGS(seven) environmental certification: formaldehyde,total leads content,the phthalates,The eight heavy metal,azo,organotin,PAH.
store/expiry date/package:
(1)Placed in cold place,ban crashing with sharp things.if you can't use up while open it,seal it otherwise it will go bad in rainy day or high temperature.
(2)Standard package:100peices/bag;500peices/case;or divided into single and package each one.(it is depended on customer)
(3)The expiry date is within 12 months.

1 . How do I place an order?
Please tell us which product you would like to order (eg. high elastic .anti-sublimation, glitter sticker, 3D picture, Puff heat transfer, PU Transfer etc.)
Please provide the vector artwork (AI/PDF/PSD/CDR) of your design
In the artwork, kindly please indicate the color pantone# and size of design. Then, we can give you more information and get back to you with a precise quotation as soon as possible
2. What content of fabric can be applied you heat transfer product?
Normally,our heat transfer printing products can apply on most of the fabric.
However, for special fabric,pls provide bulk fabric for us to test the accurate application.
3. MOQ-What is the minimum order quantity?
We will print your logo on 48*64cm or 39*54cm sheet,one sheet can have several logo on it,The quantity all depend on the size of your logo.MOQ: offset 500 sheets ,screen printing 300 sheets .if less than 500/300 sheet,there will be a mould fee.
4. Could you please give me the quality sample?
If you need some sample for reference,please let us know your fully address/ship
mode with courier,and we will arrange our available sample for your reference.
5. How long is the lead time?
Sample lead time:3-7 days
Bulk lead time:7-10 days(depends on order quantity)
6. How do I pay for my order?
