It is designed according to the Japan JIS standard and suitable for fast test the paint’s viscosity in the job site. It is widely used in the electronic products, plastic coating industry. Its usage and procedure are same as the ZAHN Cup. It is suitable for quick and convenient to test viscosity in coating industry, provided quickly for paint manufacturer and user to test the flow time of paint and similar liquid.

Operation:
1.Put the cup into fluid, place the upper edge of a cup below the surface of liquid level;
2.Put out the cup vertically,at the same time, start the stopwatch;
3.When the flow line appears first fracture, stop the stopwatch;
4.If you need to do an evaluation, continue testing three times.
5.The average value during three times testing is the flow time
Note:
A precision stopwatch is needed when testing.
