JAPAN Nitto Denko heat-resistant PTFE Tape 973UL 0.18mmx300mmX10m
Outline:
Glass cloth base material impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion then sintered. Single surface treated and coated with a silicone adhesive, which exhibits excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength.
Product Information
Features:
1. Superior mold-releasing and sliding properties.
2. Good holding property at elevated temperatures and dimensional stability.
3. The non-adhesive side exhibits excellent characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene such as electrical properties, resistance to heat, weather, chemical, and water (water-shedding), and non-adhesiveness.
Applications:
1. Heat-resistant insulation
2. Heat-resistant lubricants for heat sealing
3. Chute and hopper linings
4. Surface coating of sizing rolls for dying and resin treatment
Widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, printing industry, industry, chemical industry, etc
