Product Description
Product Application
Function:
The machine is an automatic line of textile paper cone production. From paper reel loaded to the machine, upto finished cones come out, totally require only 2-3 workers
Consist:
1) Cone winding machine; 2) dryer, 3) finishing machine
Each part introduction:
1) Cone winding machine:
After paper reel loaded to the rear part of the machine, first inner and out printings are done on the sheet, then the paper sheet is grinded at both edges for smooth pasting, glue is applied on the sheet (glue can be applied on both top and bottom of the sheet), after that, cutting knives work and cut the sheet into correct pattern, pattern will be fed to winding spindle, spindle revolutes then cone is formed.
2) Dryer:
After cones ejected from winding spindle, they are delivered to dryer by a conveyor. After about 20 minutes travelling in the dryer, cones become dry, dry cones come out from the dryer and deliver to finishing machine by another conveyor.
Heat can be supplied to dryer by electricity or coal.
3) Finishing machine:
Finishing machine will do V/Y cutting, top curling, rough finishing, grooving sequently. After that cones are collected to bunches ready for packing. Finishing working is done by the way of grinding/sanding.
Total space requires:
Machine will take about 12M(L) X 5M(W) X 3M(H), each side of the machine should leave about 2 meters as working/walking space.
Electricity required:
380+/-10 voltage 3 phrase electricity, total rated power is below 45kw, if heat with coal, rated power will be about 20kw. Real consume is lower than rated power.
Operators:
Winding machine—1 worker, finishing machine—1 worker, another worker can be required to do some cleaning work and take care of the dryer (if heat with coal)
Machine speed & Output:
Maxim speed of the machine is more than 50 pcs per minute.
