Introduction
Huili hot dip galvanized steel water tank use speacial slab. The 1000T hydraulic press mould made into different size slab(1*1m, 1*0.5m, 0.5*0.5m, 1.22*1.22m), use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms.
Hot dip galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
Material:The panel is carbon steel sheet made by ramming craft;
The size of the panel is: 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm, 500*500mm.
The thickness of the panel mainly includes: 5mm, 4.5mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.5mm. It is different according to the tank dimension.
Flanges: The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Reinforcement Method: All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.
Insrtuctions
1. Please provide water tank’s size, position and diameter of pipe.
2.When the provided pipe position is on the slab joint,we will adjust it and no change in pipe’s diameter.
3.Temperature of the storage water between 4℃-80℃ is approprate. If the requirment temperature is higher than this, please inform us when you order, and we will deal with it.
4.Body load of water tank is base on the approved by structure design personnel.
Assembling and check
1.There needs to Keep a maintenance channel which width no less than 700mm betwteen the vertical wall and water tank, and between horizontal wall and water tank body no less than 500mm.
2.When construction, finish concrete foundation first, make sure all slab joints and the surrounding of the water tank is located on the support.
3.When finished assembled, turn off the The outlet pipe and a drain pipe first, then turn on the inlet pipe, as water as examine to fill with water, no leakage in 24 hours is qualified.

1.What's the guarantee, in case the water tank breaks down?
The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
2.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
3.How long is the delivery time?
For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements,
it would be 15 to 30 days.
