Huili hot dip galvanized steel water tank use speacial slab. The 1000T hydraulic press mould made into different size slab(1*1m, 1*0.5m, 0.5*0.5m, 1.22*1.22m), use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms.
Hot dip galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
Technical Specification
Material
The panel is made by ramming craft;
The size of the panel include 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm, 500*500mm, 1220*1220mm;
The thickness of the panel is from 2mm-5mm. It is different according to the tank dimension.
Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally tiepiece to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.

This water tank is widely used in storage and regulation of living water supply & construction water supply, and temporary water storage tanks for expansion of the heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological survey, industry, National defense project etc.
Various industries, civil water supply, HVAC, firefighting, food, beverage, vintage, water treatment, medicine, petroleum, chemical and so on. Taking flexible, reasonable plate design, suitable for all sizes combined water tank.

Installation Instructions
1.Water tank foundation requires the geometry dimensions of concrete foundation should follow relative stipulations to be made. The height tolerance of the concrete foundation flat is <5mm;
2.Water Tank Installation:
Construction and Acceptance: professional personnal assemble at site;
Around the water tank , there are intervals ≥500mm for inspection;
visual inspection: no rust, no pollution; cabinet without obvious deformation, without leakage;
Meet all above mentioned conditions is qualified.
3.Water Tank Usage, repair and maintenance:
(1)When connect the pipe, please don’t put excessive pressure on both inlet and outlet of the pipe;
(2)Don’t put the weight of large diameter pipe on the tank outlet. When connect, please set pipe support or lifting support;
Our company can also provide matching accessories according to customer’s requirement, such as floating ball valve, glass tube level gauge and so on.

The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements,
