Material:The panel is carbon steel sheet made by ramming craft;
The size of the panel is: 1220*1220mm, 1000*1000mm, 1000*500mm, 500*500mm.
The thickness of the panel mainly includes: 5mm, 4.5mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.5mm. It is different according to the tank dimension.
Flanges: The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Reinforcement Method: All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.
Advantages
Hot dip galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.

This water tank is widely used in storage and regulation of living water supply & construction water supply, and temporary water storage tanks for expansion of the heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological survey, industry, National defense project etc.
Various industries, civil water supply, HVAC, firefighting, food, beverage, vintage, water treatment, medicine, petroleum, chemical and so on. Taking flexible, reasonable plate design, suitable for all sizes combined water tank.
Suitable for living water with PH value:6.5-8.5, using life:≥20 years
Accessories
1 Bolt. nut & washers
Option: hot-dipped galvanized material/stainless steel SS304.
2 Sealing material
Sealing material have Rubber strip EPDM, glass cement.
3 Covers
The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.4mm to 3.0mm of thickness hot-dipped galvanized material according to the requirement.
4 Ladders and Level Indicator
Internal & external ladder shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material/stainless steel SS304.
Cautions
1. Please do not store water higher than 70°C or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on).
2. Keep away from fire.
3. Prevent pollutants and plunges from outside.
4. Use soft apparatus to clean. As to the new water tank, clean twice before use.

The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.

After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements,
it would be 15 to 30 days.
