1.Manufacturing standard: manufactured according to Design Atlas 02S101 of the State Construction Standard;
Product features:
1.When combined, the gap between two standard plates is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts, and better to prevent the second pollution of the water;
2. Unique & reasonable structure: high tensile punching plate and well distributed stainless steel reinforced cabinet are both under uniform and reasonable pressure;
3.Convenient for construction: standard punching plate 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm,500*500mm, convenient for construction, combined and welded at random, no need lifting equipment;
4. Cabinet light and beautiful: high quality stamping process ensure the maximum pressure need of the tank, reduce the material thickness and meet the beautiful and practical requirements of the tank. Assembly Enamel Steel Water Tank takes advanced crafts, high quality material, by sintering enamel in high temperature, to form a dense glaze layer on the surface of water tank plate, and mutually seep among the steel molecular, mixed to form about 200-300mm thick diffusion layer, which increase the adhesive strength of enamel.
The enamel surface is smooth, easy to clean and corrosion-resistance, steel assembly structure deformed uneasily, strong anti-seismic, anti strong impact,acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing standard:
manufactured according to Design Atlas 02S101 of the State Construction Standard.
Material selection:adopts Q235 steel, drilling around, treated by sintering enamel in high temperature.
Application:
This water tank is widely used in various industries, civil water supply, HVAC, firefighting, food, beverage, vintage, water treatment, medicine, petroleum, chemical and so on. Taking flexible, reasonable plate design, suitable for all sizes combined water tank.

Installation Instructions:
1.Water tank foundation requires the geometry dimensions of concrete foundation should follow relative stipulations of GB02S101 to be made. The height tolerance of the concrete foundation flat is <5mm.
2.Water Tank Installation:
Construction and Acceptance: professional welders weld by argon arc welding at site;
With standard power in construction field;
Around the water tank , there are intervals ≥500mm for inspection;
visual inspection: no rust, no pollution; cabinet without obvious deformation, weld without leakage;
Meet all above mentioned conditions is qualified.
3. Water Tank Usage, repair and maintenance:
When match the pipe, please don't put excessive pressure on both inlet and outlet of the pipe;
Don't put the weight of valve and large diameter pipe on the tank outlet. If necessary, please set pipe support or lifting support;
For the expansion, contraction and vibration the welded pipe , ,please must install stretched flexible connectors.
4.Water tank allocation and accessories:
The supplying scope of our water tank mainly includes: cabinet, maintenance hole with lock, ladder, short pipe and single flange.
