Brief Introduction
Huili enamelled steel water tank combination adopt advanced tecniques and pick up high quality material to ensure the cleaning of water quality.
Huili enamelled steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, flexibility, no distorsion, no
infiltrationand leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can
storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
It has a wide range of application. Not only applies to new construction, but also suitable for the replacement for old buildings. Enamelled steel water tank has good effect in practice for a long
time. Our company have mass production and the product will be used more universally,
standardly and in series. Product quality have reliable guarantee.
Instuctions
1. Please provide water tank’s size, position and diameter of pipe.
2.When the provided pipe position is on the slab joint,we will adjust it and no change in pipe’s diameter.
3.Temperature of the storage water between 4℃-80℃ is approprate. If the requirment temperature is higher than this, please inform us when you order, and we will deal with it.
4.Body load of water tank is base on the approved by structure design personnel.
Assembling and check
1.There needs to Keep a maintenance channel which width no less than 700mm betwteen the vertical wall and water tank, and between horizontal wall and water tank body no less than 500mm.
2.When construction, finish concrete foundation first, make sure all slab joints and the surrounding of the water tank is located on the support.
3.When finished assembled, turn off the The outlet pipe and a drain pipe first, then turn on the inlet pipe, as water as examine to fill with water, no leakage in 24 hours is qualified.

SMC water tank use food grade SMC panel which through high temperature, high pressure
and mechanical molding. In management process aspect, the mechanical molding add
the strength of shockproof and shock resistant, improve the pressure resistant and service
life and overcame the shortage of hand paste product’s uneven intensity. In appearance
design, the protruding radian of the slab center increase the bearing capacity and
capacity of the water tank. Flange is arranged around the plate, does not need corner connecting
piece in assembling process, with more flexibility and agility.
The size specification has: 1*1m, 1*0.5m, 0.5*0.5m. We can assemble any volume
you need.

1.What's the guarantee, in case the water tank breaks down?
The water tank has one year s guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.
2.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
3.How long is the delivery time?
For standard water tank less than 100m3, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client s specific requirements,
it would be 15 to 30 days.
