Automatic SMC Machine

Application:

SMC Prepreg production line is used to produceSMC FRP Prepreg ( thermolding plastics).It produces smc sheet by forming sandwich structure which outside are two layer films while polyester resin, fiber glass, release agent, hardening agent,pigment,stuffing ect in the middle.

Technology:

It is PLC digital control,including raw materials feeding.It can achieve dosing and charging SMC Paste to doctor blade. Even mixture, easy cleaning and more automation.

There are four parts:

1. SMC Paste Mixng & Charging System(fully automatic),

2. Main Compacting System,

3. Final SMC Sheet Zigzag packing Device

4. Fiber glass Yarn cutting part and electrical control part.  

If high fiberglass content is required,such as above 30%,we can design double cutting rollers on this machine.

Remark:

Electrical control part is adopted central control (PLC) to meet the production requirements and all electrical components are from well-known brands to ensure its accurate and reliable.
