1,Product Introduction: 

There are four parts: SMC Paste Mixing System, Main Compacting System, Final SMC Sheet reel-up part, Fiber glass Yarn cutting part and electrical control part.

1. Main part

Adopts frequency conversion motor.The movement of compactor is pneumatic, being controlled by air compressor.   Materials are compacted by belt chains which are controlled by pneumatic form. The belt chains are made of stainless steel. There are 8 air cylinders settled this part for cushioning.

2.Taken-up part

Uses torque motor. Roll the final smc sheet automatic. The taken-up speed can be adjusted and it reels automatic. It is power-saving and labor-saving. There are 2 air cylinders settled this part for cushioning.

3. Cutting part

frequency conversion motor. The cutting speed can be adjusted according to user's requirement.If require the smc sheet be high % fiberglass yarn,then let the cutting speed be big. The cutting roll is helical. This can increase the working life of the rubber roller and blade.2 air cylinders are settled this part for cushioning.

4. Electrical control part

Electrical control part is adopted central control (PLC) to meet the production requirements and all electrical components are from well-known brands to ensure its accurate and reliable.

To assist production,there are other machines needed,such as mixing tank, dispersing mixer,tanks,and fiber glass yarn pipe.
