General Information:
Output: 300 -4800 cartons/day ,20 pcs,size is 80x110x230mm,for the first time to build this production line,we suggest start from the small quantity 300cartons/day.
configuration:reactor,dispersing machine,vacuum pump,cutting machine,foaming box.
install:will provide the professional engineer to responsible for instal the complete line and guide produce.

Water Absorption Rate : 20 –60 sec.
Water Saturation : 1.5KG per brick ( brick size of 23cm X 11cm x 8cm)
Water Leakage :no drippings after ± 10seconds
no brown/black water when soak in the water and 0 dust
water retaining time:about 7 days.
