Using building gypsum as the main raw material then is transported to batching system by reamer. And then flow into the mixer after the batching system weight gypsum powder each time. Inside the mixer, certain amount of water & other admixture will stir become to slurry. Pour slurry into the die cavity of forming machine. After the initial setting time, squeegee blade scrapes a new rabbet joint (for make a tongue and groove joint). After the final setting time (about 8 minutes), hydraulic lift device (ejector mechanism) will eject the formed gypsum block from die cavity. The full-automatic retracted pneumatic clamp will take it to vehicle, through NO.1 zone # to change its transport direction & push the vehicle into dry kiln for drying the wet gypsum block. After it become dry gypsum block, then through NO.2 # change its transport direction & push the vehicle into discharge clamp. The clamps unload & pack the gypsum block to warehouse. The empty vehicle will backtrack.
