The PMM-500 is designed for producing various puff pastry products with or without fillings, such as Danish puff, Barek, triangular pie, square pie, round pie, half mood pie, Empanada, Curry Puff, Croissant, apple pie, Jamaica Patty, Calzone, fruit pie, etc. By changing different devices, cinnamon roll, pizza base can be made.

The machine only needs easy operation with user friendly interface and quick-changing forming module. The machine is easy to assemble, clean, and maintain. All parts contact with food are made of food grade stainless steel, all the electronic components meet the international standard.
