Before using APB to press the dough balls into flat bread such as chapati, roti, naan, tortilla, etc. We also suggest SD-97W or SD-97L to divide and form the pastry dough into ball shape first (SD-97W available weight is 15-70g/pc; SD-97L available weight is 40-200g/pc)
