ABOUT SA GIANG VEGETABLE SNACKS (VEGETABLE CRACKERS)
They are tasty crackers that puff up when deep-fried. Our snacks appropriate for both adults and children. Especially it is suitable for vegetarians and dieters.
Its texture and flavor goes well with beer or wine and can be used in desserts or served with other dishes.
We can produce Un-fried snacks in various taste, shape, size, color, packages. Our final products are often un-fried round or rectangle pellets as the raw materials for snacks producers, restaurants, supermarket or single family to make ready-to-eat snacks.

IV. DIRECTION FOR USE
- Soak into oil: Soak un-fried snacks in cooking oil at the temperature 160-180 0C. Take out quickly when the chips just turn brown yellow and swell.
- Roast on microwave: Using the microwave at the rate of micro power (capacity of 600 – 1000w) from 40 to 60 seconds.
- Soup cooking: Boil 100gr of snacks from 3 to 5 minutes. Preparing 400 ml hot soup, fill into the bowl together with snacks, shallot, bean sprouts, blood curds (or pork, beef, chicken) and favorite spice.
