Type of Caramels
TYPE-I: - Plain Caramel , with high stability and consistent color value for using as coloring agent in Confectionery, Distilleries and food industries.
TYPE- III: - This caramel is of great tinctorial power Caramel with consistent high color value suitable for malt food beverage, chocolate flavored products, pharmaceuticals for Liquid formulations and backed products-Cookies, Cakes, rye bread.
TYPE-IV: - Single Strength / Special Grade. Caramel (Ammonia Sulphite Process): This caramel is mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industries.
TYPE - IV: - Double Strength Caramel (Ammonia Sulphite Process): with high color (double strength) is used in soft drink (carbonated beverage) industries and acidified solutions.
Special Note: Specific quality Caramel can be manufactured as per customer's requirement.
