Purpose and scope of application
According to the JTJ052-93 standard of the national Ministry of communications, and referring to the standard design and manufacture of the rotary thin film oven in Japan JIS standard.The method apply to the determination of road asphalt, polymer modified asphalt rolling thin film oven heating (RTFOT) after the changes in the quality of, and according to need to measure the rotating thin film oven, asphalt residue penetration, viscosity, extension and brittle point properties changes and to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.

Structure and principle:
Body is composed of the inner, middle and outer layer, wherein the inner liner is made of stainless steel material, outer and middle layers of hot plate bending forming, in the middle of silicon cotton thermal insulation, the lower part of the electric control. The upper part is a studio, the rear side is a rotary motor and a gearbox, and the top is provided with a blower motor. The studio is equipped with lights, fan, ventilator, turntable, heater etc.. Oven comes with a small air compressor, air source for test, air through the flowmeter measurement into the oven disc-shaped pipe preheating and by the nozzle into the turntable on the sample bottle, air flow in the studio under the forced ventilation duct and fan, according to certain direction of rotation of the circulation, excess gas from the upper overflow port exhaust oven, oven, double convection heating design. The controller uses integral saturation circuit, digital display temperature control, can be used in accordance with the requirements of regulation of the temperature and time.
The rear is equipped with the most advanced permanent magnet synchronous motor and transmission, so that the working plate in the 15 turn / minute of the technical requirements of reliable rotation, the turntable can also be placed on the top 8 samples of the glass sample bottle.
