FAQ
1) How to get price?
Please send drawing igs, dwg, step etc. to info(at)trustool(dot)com, together with pdf with details.
Please note quantity and material in your inquiry.
2) How to pay?
For small amount, we accept Western Union and Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred
3) How to ship?
For small quantity, we cooperated with TNT express, if you have other express account, we could send by freight collect. For big quantity, either by sea or by air, it is up to you.
4) What if we do not have drawing?
Sample is also ok, but it will take a long time.
5) What if the drawing has some problem? We will not change the design without your permission, so we will contact you to see how to solve the problem.
6) Can we get some samples before volume production?
Yes, just need some sample cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production.
7) What if the parts are not good?
Please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problem and take our responsibility.
8) Will my drawing be safe after Trustool gets it?
Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
