GD-0703 Wheel-Track Molding Machine

Introduction: 

1.The instrument is designed and made as per T0703-2011 “Bituminous Mixtures Sample Making Method (Wheel-grind Method)” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering. 

2. It is suitable to mill bituminous mixtures to molding .It is also suitable to determine the sample making method (wheel-grind method) for other physical and mechanical characteristics of bituminous mixtures.
 

I. Features:

1.The instrument adopts floor type structure .And the test mode specification is 300mm*300mm, Variation of height is from 30 mm to 100 mm, and it can do adjustment at random.

2.Gripper mechanism of test mode installation is advanced, convenient to use, safety and reliable.

3. The test mode can automatic centering, no adjustment after installation of the test mode.

4. Press the stop button, and it can let the dolly stop to any l℃ation.

5.The compaction times of the dolly can be set at random, and record times readily .When the compaction times arrive to set value, the compaction can be stopped.
