Introduction Of Rod Grinding Mill
Two types rod mill for optional, wet grinding and dry grinding, which Customer can choose it accordingly.
Our company adopts advance technology of controllable feeding and discharging, provide grinding medium corresponding with raw material and change the triditional point contact into line contact for making sure the output size more uniformly with high capacity. Our rod mill now is widely using for refractory material, chemical industry, metallurgy,glass which may asks high quality for the uniformity of the final products. It has been also using for getting building sand recently.
Performance Feature of Rod Grinding Mill
The grinding medium and ore material are line contact which there is selectivity for ore grinding. It avoids over crushing for getting uniform granularity. Rod mill has bigger capacity than other type ball mill when it is doing coarse grinding. Vice versa.
Working principle of Rod Grinding Mill
Motor drives cylinder rotating by reduction gear. Frictional force and centrifugal force bring aterial and steel bar inside ball mill to a level, then drop down by gravity. The material being grinded and discharged eventually. The material goes through spiral classifier for getting acceptable products, and coarse product goes back to ball mill for re-grinding. The material being fed continuously inside rod mill uniformly by combined feeder, and discharge the final products overflow after being crushed.
