user to exchange blade and to swap from rotary cutter
to chenille cutter easily.
＊The cutter is improved and has four inter-changeable guides
from 4mm, 6mm, 8mm to 10mm for creating narrow,
medium, wide and extra-wide stitching channels.
Just insert the guide and push. There is no need to use
any cutting mat.
