Usage :
*Sewing extremely heavy materials.
*The optimized sewing kinematics and the barrel shuttle ensure an
excellent stitch formation even in increased stitch lengths and
extremely heavy sewing thread.
*When fitted with the sewing equipment E104, non - toothed, feed
dog machine class 205 can be used for close-to-edge assembly
and topstitching operations without pressure mark.
Features :
*This heavy-duty cylinder arm machine has been eapecially
developed for the manufacturing of heavy and rigid leather material
and for sewing threads of various degrees of thickness.
*In the production of leather goods and saddlery articles, the
machine class 205 is used. For sewing tool cases or
luggage, golf bags, saddles, harnesses and other items.
*The powerful triple feed and the high foot stroke provide for
an easy manufacturing of very heavy materials of variable
thickness layers at equal stitch quality and without damage to
the material.
