Product Description
Yongsheng Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type,is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area “A”or below the “A”-line specified in code
for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class Ⅲ specified in code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
It’s hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons,which is easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control all the dredger in the operation room.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
- Working environment
1.The range of adaptation to the environment: the temperature no higher than 40 degrees Celsius in summer and winter temperatures not lower than -10 degrees Celsius, the air humidity is no more than 30%, wind power does not exceed 7 in rivers.
2. River ore requirements: sand ratio is no less than 60% (clay content is no more than 10% scree content is no more than 15% gravel con-tent is no more than 15% Wind Stone is no higher than 10%.)
3. The ship diesel engine should apply to the CIS countries grade use of fuel, oil.
4. The ship is equipped with night-time lighting system suitable for all weather conditions and working uninterrupted.
5 .2-3 person operate every time.
6.The entire dredger is equipped with safety barriers.

1.Design
Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineers,who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.
2.Skilled workers & ex-work testing
Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.
3.Cummins Engine
The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine,which are famous for its durability,lower oil consumption,standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
4.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger.The hydraulic system requirements are very high
and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger.Lateral traction winches,lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.
An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic electrical actuator and so on.
5.Detachable Structure
The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.
6. Assembly & Staff Training
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide,teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
