Working process of Gold Paning Machine consist of Dredging System,Sieving System,Gold-Chute System
1.Sand Sieving System, power motor drives reducer, reducer drives drum sieve.the Speed(r/min) is about 20-26r/m. The matial of sieve is made of alloy which is wearable and solid. Pipes wash the sieve from several positions, sand from seperation enters chute, gravel is took away by conveyor.
2.Gold Gliding System. Sand material equally enter gold gliding board by water current which makes up with saltatory structure and gold carpet. Water current form saltatory flow, gold grains come to bottom of the flow, especially big gold grain.Therefore, the system can reduce the wastage, rate of recovery can reach 87%. Wash gold carpet in two times per day. Separate gold grain by small centrifuge, the purity can reach 85%.
