1.INTRODUCTION OF ROLL FORMING MACHINE
This production line consists of flattener feeder, hydraulic press, roll forming mill straightener
and PLC system.The working method of this machine is mainly with paths of decoiler, levelling
and roll forming,then send the data to the computer by PLC. Then to do auto cutter with the
order set by the computer to match sizes of clients' requirements.
2.THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ROLL FORMING
Roll forming is a forming process with rotary tool movement. During the roll forming
process, a flat strip of metal is formed through a number of station and is progressively
shaped into the desired form. Roll forming is a novel process of profile manufacturing.
The major advantages of roll forming are that nearly unlimited varieties of shapes can
be achieved, and high productivity that reduce the cost for customers.
